FYI, the links and steps that I followed are as follows:
Downloaded and installed the latest version of McAfee Sandbox and McAfee Sandbox Manager
Downloaded the latest version of Encoder from their website
Downloaded and installed the latest version of IDM
Downloaded and installed the latest version of IonCubeEncoder
Downloaded and installed the latest version of BitDefender
Downloaded and installed the latest version of McAfee Antivirus
Downloaded and installed the latest version of McAfee Antivirus Plus
And then:
Open McAfee Sandbox
Click on Settings
Click on URL Protection Settings
Click on Edit
Select "Allow PHP code to run in the sandbox"
Click Save
Click on URL Protection Settings
Click on Edit
Click on Add
Select "Add URL to Sandbox" and choose the PHP code to run in the sandbox
Click Save
Click on URL Protection Settings
Click on Edit
Select "File Include"
Click on Add
Select "Add File Include" and choose the PHP code to run in the sandbox
Click Save
Click on URL Protection Settings
Click on Edit
Select "Output"
Check the "Create Output Files" box
Choose the destination of the output files
Click Save
Click on URL Protection Settings
Click on Edit
Select "I/O"
Check the "Create Output Files" box
Choose the destination of the output files
Click Save
Click on URL Protection Settings
Click on Edit
Select "Add URL Include"
Select the PHP code to run in the sandbox
Click Save
Install your license
